How late does the parade take to finish passing in that area? Is anybody over there right now?

Usually ab 8 everything is passed right there. I’m not out there though and delays can happen.

Download on of the parade tracker apps and you’ll know basically where it is and if it’s moving.
ETA: Just looked and the beginning of the parade is at Lee Circle or whatever they call it now.
