I’ve ridden Endymion quite a few times, and many on our float are ordinary guys having a good time. We aren’t “NOLA royalty” by any stretch nor do we want to be. Please don’t give the rest of us a bad name.

Yep….
I’ve ridden in several & I’ve observed this as well. A combination of normals, new “real” money which tends to be flashier, old money which is more subdued, and legacy old money that doesn’t have a pot to piss in, but the family image would be tarnished if they didn’t participate, so grandma pays the way…
