Ahh okay. So you do need a member to get a ticket. That's what I thought but other smaller balls had me confused with their opendoor policy.

The video they posted on youtube gives a phone number to order but I'm pretty sure just the member requests will sell the dome out.

26B this year but with the new numbering system, we are like 17 B under the old system ( they had to number all the maids floats, captain, grand marshal etc),
in the past, Endymion will sell any remaining tickets to the general public after the Members have picked their tables and turned in their orders. This is some time net month.
