Yeah I expect someone that’s 14 to easily run away or get help in public. We aren’t talking about an 8 year old.
A freshman in HS could very easily scream in public and escape if she wanted too.

That's B.S. I don't even like moon pies.
But I did appear on The John Walsh Daytime Talk Show after she was rescued. It used to be online but I couldn't find it.
She looks good considering she has had a few children.

It happens. Mine left me all day in the motel room and I didn't call the police, go to the front desk, or anything like that.
Coercive control is real and if you have never been that afraid of somebody, say a prayer tonight that you were never placed in a situation were you make your decision on doing what you have to do to survive.
That said, we both made it home.
