You eat like shite, that's why you'll never put on any decent muscle. At what point did you think fast food and pizza would give you quality muscle?
My advice: go read on how to eat properly before you ask someone to do it for you. Why? Because 9.9/10 you won't follow what they tell you and be wasting everyone's time.

Of course I don't eat fast foot and pizza every meal. I eat a lot of meat, but I have been experimenting with supplementing some higher fat (calorie) foods to see if I could gain even some lard, but no luck. I don't like eating unhealthy foods, but I have been willing to sacrifice for the proverbial gains. Do you think the fat in my diet is inhibiting my protein absorption? Do you advocate I stick to the steamed chicken breast, broccoli, and protein shake type lean diet? Or just really up my overal protein intake?

If you want the absolute best in the world at online training, contact Luke Leaman at muscle nerds, nick Mitchell at ultimate performance London, Diane McDonald at clean health Sydney Australia, Wolfgang unsold in Germany, Marty Williams at shredded strength in Perth Australia. These would be the absolute best in the work imo, but you will pay a pretty good premium to work with them or someone that works under them. Personally Luke Leaman does all my programs.

My man! Looks legit, thanks! Also, I just came across an online meal prep company called Nutrition Solutions. They have a special meal plan to help gain muscle. Do you, or anyone have any experience/recs for online or local meal prep companies?
