Yes. It did I could tell a difference within 2 weeks.. First 3 days was a Little rough.. Puffed the shite out of it. Then got used to it.. I liked it. But started getting neause. Blood pressure went sky high.. Went to the dr. The dr. Said they don't regulate the amount of nicotine in them I can be getting a high concented amount at once

Go to a store. Tell them you're a n00b. Get an ego starter pack to start with. If you want strong, get one that goes up to 5V at least and get 20 mg liquid, or stronger. After you have the ego for a little while you'll know a little bit more about it and know what you want, then do research and buy yourself a nice one online.

If you go to a good shop they will hook you up. One thing I would suggest is to get one with a LONG battery life and buy an extra battery. When I first got mine I only bought one battery and it took like 5 hours to charge so when I ran out I would smoke until it was charged again.

Every one I've seen has the amount of nicotine listed...and typically isn't much more than 18-20mg

Yea, look for stuff with long battery life and a big arse tank
I like mine to fit in my pocket so I can carry it around, so if you value that sort of thing, you have to find something small but still with a good battery life.

I know a lot of people who have them. I just don't think the health benefits are that much better. Watch in 10 years people start seeing major side effects. If you wanna quit. Do it cold turkey.

Anything higher than 24 is a bit much, but lower isn't quite enough for me
Also go to a place that mixes the liquid flavors themselves, not pre-packaged. They have big things of the glycerin itself and they mix flavors into it. It's cheaper and it's better quality.

DO they make a completely odorless variety..??? I think one of the side benefits will be me being able to smoke at my desk at work...lol

They're all pretty much odorless

I toyed with them for about a year before finally spending a $100 on a good one. The cheap little ones like the Blu dont work worth a crap. They go dead all the time, don't provide enough nicotine and end up really expensive with the refills.
The bigger ones with the holding tank that you put a crap ton of juice in are the way to go. The give bigger hits and don't go dead all the damn time. You do have to be careful because they deliver a lot of nicotine so you shouldn't sit there and puff on it non stop or it will make you sick.
The supposed cigarette flavors taste like butt. I tried all of them before getting started on the nicer flavors.
