I doubt it. Even though Sammy knew there was an altercation with the Judge and another customer from a "rowdy" group, Sammy banned the judge and no one else that night. Gravy and numerous news outlets used this as evidence that the accuser's account was accurate.
Judge got hung out and has now had his reputation trashed and most headlines use the ban in the headlines. Gravy did his little back yard selfie video and mentioned the ban 7 times as proof.
As the online world called the judge a white supremacist, redneck, racist, drunken judge Sammy never came out and make a full and clear statement to calm the wolves.
I hope Judge Erwin never goes back, I know I won't ever again.

Did Sammy's do this due to any pressure from Fat Albert and the gang or in an attempt to stay neutral somehow in all of this?

Imagine someone sets up a fake employee account for direct payroll deposits and direct the $$$ to [her] own account.
