Erwin has a responsibility to the people who elected him, who now know that he has a pattern of bias over a seat at the bar. If a man will be outraged over a seat at the bar and use derogatory language to refer to women and black people, this is a problem. If he was joe blow on the street, would it be wrong, yes. However because he's a judge it impacts the lives of others and brings into question his judgement.

Much has been revealed about the judge since this incident. The reasons listed above are all verifiable which is what has brought the judge into this level of scrutiny. For me and many others mostly black people who have had to endure bias, he in the court of public opinion is guilty.

I met that guy the other day, actually a really nice guy. We disagreed but still talked politics civilly for a little bit. I'd probably vote for him if he ran again.
