AMEX has by far the best customer service and companies don’t typically like customers who have them willing to go to bat when they make a mistake.

eBay is cheaper and I always get it quick. Order somewhat anon too. Is PayPal not gonna accept Amex because that's what I use.

Many places in Ireland didn’t accept Amex. Haven’t had any problems in the US. My limited experience.

Yeah, that's what I want to do, negate every single benefit as a purchaser using my own CC. PayPal sucks.

What are you talking about? You link your Amex to PayPal. You can still get your Amex rewards. Apparently you have no idea how PayPal works. Everything is paid from your actual credit card. You can still use dispute resolution with your cc company and you can also use the PayPal dispute resolution.

AMEX is the best card for charging to use their card and for siding with the consumer no matter what

FIFY

Amex is so great it’s taken at the least amount of locations. I’ve never heard of a large retailer not taking visa or Mastercard?

I don’t really care, I have an Amex too. But I don’t get all the love, it’s ‘better’ because they charge everyone more. It’s also great for customers because they have the highest interest rates.

Wow this is going to be a problem for me. I haven’t bought anything from e-bay since 2005.

Costco doesn’t take Mastercard. Although you can actually use it on their online platform.
