Leftover fajitas from Chili’s

They still didn’t give me a lot of food for 24 bucks (including 3 dollar gratuity for take-out server and 74-cent roundup of the bill for St Jude)

I'd put more green onions in it if I had some more.
I usually have a separate container of chopped green onions when I make bisque and gumbo so I can add more to my bowl.
ETA: pic was taken right when I added them to the pot for the final simmer, so they are more pronounced then than now

In line at McDonald’s for Easter lunch Late start to the day today.

But will make corned beef and cabbage and carrots later. With mac and cheese and crescent rolls. Pumpkin white chocolate bread pudding for dessert.
