Probably a video game tester out over at the south campus off Gardere. Everyone I knew that worked out there was massive potheads and generally pretty worthless. Anyone with any life skills left the job fairly quick because it is insanely boring.

How are you guilty of murder by someone ODing?
This is excessive overreach of the justice system
Gave him heroin, watched him OD, left him there to die
I'm ok with an attempted murder charge

I do not support charging the dealer with murder.
Go after the cartels who owns the planes and boats and pay off the U.S. government to supply the country.
If they are going to charge the dealer, then why not go all the way to the top via RICO and charge everyone up to and including the POTUS?
Stupid law.

Another reason not to charge the supplier.

this isn't true at all. plenty of people do heroin recreationally.
Said every person on the top end of that downward spiral.

He should be charged with something.

Don't they do that already?

So a guy sells an illegal substance, he sells a deadly substance, he watches the guy take it, he sees the guy is in trouble, and he isn't liable in any way?
I'm sorry, this guy and others like him are part of the reason our society is so screwed up.

They will never stop sending it. The margins between selling it in Mexico vs the USA is too vast. As long as there is a market for relatively expensive drugs in the United States, there will be cartels sending it our way.
All the hundreds of millions we've spent on fighting cartels and look where we are.

it actually kind of interesting. In a way, they are trying to regulate drug quality.
