If you’d get out of the fricking left lane and stop creating rolling roadblocks he wouldn’t have to weave.
The stupid fricks who populate Baton Rouge have no problem lining up side by side and driving 10mph under the speed limit.

One of my favorite things ever. In the line of cars in the left lane, trying to get around slow semis and other cars. Some idiot thinks he can get in the right lane and pass a few of us in the left.
It's bliss seeing them get up to the slow car in the right lane and have to slam on breaks and slow down to the position they were in or even a few farther back.

Speaking of this, how pissed do you get when someone ahead of you makes room for them to get in? Then they feel justified.
One of my more satisfying travel stories was when a guy was doing this behind me and swerving in and out of traffic on I-10. There was no where to go but he couldn’t accept that so he’s riding peoples asses for 5 miles. There’s finally a break in traffic and he weaves his way to freedom and speeds off. Not 5 minutes later he’s pulled over by a state trooper and I gave a friendly honk or two as I passed them.

It's the law, not your God given right, in addition to the law against using left lane other than for passing:
"A vehicle which remains in the passing lane of a multiple-lane highway as defined in Subsection A of this Section traveling at the same speed as the vehicle in the right lane and impedes the flow of traffic shall be deemed a "rolling roadblock" which shall be prohibited. Violations of this Section shall be punishable as provided in R.S. 32:57.
Acts 2004, No. 467, §1."

I did this 25 years ago or so in Austin. I had a horn from JC Whitney that played The Eyes of Texas. I blew it as I passed.
My bad luck was that it was a quick interlude, as the cop jumped in his car and pulled me over, giving me a ticket for "unnecessary use of horn."
A lawyer friend of mine looked that one up... sure enough it's on the books. He offered to defend me in Austin Municipal Court for free (he was going to get the media involved to make ironic mockery out of it, being home of The University of Texas). I declined.
We got a good chortle out of that one in the parking lot tailgating for Longhorn sports that year, though.

The car horn isn't intended to be used as a way of saying "yo" to your homie who also isn't at work at 2:30 in the afternoon.
