there are a couple of places like that in the city. At first I figured it trashy, but then where else they gonna meet up, that area don't really have parks like talking about.

Pass these low life's everyday on my way to work and can't figure out why the frick they are sitting on the neutral ground hanging out on box crates. Guess no one has a porch they can go sit on and not work.
