From what I can tell he was a pledge, not that it really matters. The story will still read to anyone that sees it him being a part of the fraternity

Sometimes trash gets a bid but he isn't a KA if he is a pledge. Hope he gets punished to the fullest extent of the law. There's never a excuse to hit a woman.

I get that he wasn't an official member but if he was some random walk in from lake Charles and did the same, people would still use it as an opportunity to jump all over frats

I have once. Big bar brawl over some cheating girls and one was hit in the face. I have no idea if the guy even did it on purpose as fists were flying everywhere but he was grabbed very quickly, including by some people that were just bystanders.i would have almost felt bad for him if he didn't do it on purpose but a full crack to a 100 pound blonde deserves reprocussions either way

Edit: I have seen another girl get completely leveled by a guy but she had it coming. Don't feel like explaining why but it involved breaking bottles over heads and ripping a male friends twin sisters earrings out of her ears. If my own mother would have been this girl I would still support the one uppercut she received

I get the reasoning on he is not a member of KA, which is figuratively correct, but in every fraternity I've ever known you have to get a bid from said fraternity thus making you a pledge. You are associated with that fraternity by association so the association is guilty. KA gonna pay for nothing in this case, sucks for them.

From what I'm hearing, KA is thoroughly fricked for this. I don't know if it will lead to them being removed from campus, but they are about to be anally penetrated by none other than Dr. I-Was-An-SAE-In-The-Middle-Of-fricking-Nowhere Sanders. They're going to receive some deep shite for what this kid did.

ETA: Also, the fact that it was unregistered may result in the insurance company refusing to pay. It was an illegal party according to The Reveille and the Greek higher ups. Because of this, the insurance company may use this as an out to not pay for whatever this fricking moron did.
