We were behind this guy in a F250 last Thanksgiving between DFW & Shreveport, ole baw was weaving from the grass in the median to the grass on the shoulder for 10 miles.
I called the cops which did nothing (east Tx).
He finally bit it in the medium but saved it and exited the next ramp.
He was nodding for sure

Things like this are going to allow idiot Sessions to resume Teh WAR on Drugs. Sad, really.
I'm 100% in favor of total legalization of marijuana with it being treated exactly as booze is now.
But I'm also 100% in favor of the government to do something to stem the exploding heroin and opioid epidemic we're having in this country today. Get the addicts the help they need to break free. While doing that, throw the dealers and smugglers under the jail.

Did you fully read the OP?
I did. Nowhere did it discuss trend lines or past statistics. Would you mind quoting it for me?

I think Sessions wants an initiative to stamp out weed in this country by 2024 or something like that.

The kid who was texting and driving in Texas and who killed the 13 people on the church bus was doped up on pot and pills.

What I dont like about this data is the fact that Marijuana tests are not spot tests. If a guy smokes weed today and doesn't smoke for two weeks, then gets in a wreck and then is tested and fails, is he really "under the influence of drugs?"
The fact of the lack of spot testing has been used for decades to make Marijuana seem worse than it is.
