Why does it go to one lane?

Could it be because of construction?

Did you accidentally leave that out?

They designed it that way. It's even dumber than Baton Rouge. Luckily there's more ways to get around the city.

It the fly under/over where US90/I10 come together.

You exit I10 on a single lane exit then go under 90 and I10 single lane merges with 3 lanes of 90.

Nah you get to the far right lane and stay to the right then merge onto I-35.

Because prior to that turn-off, there are many choices to get from one side of town to the other on I-10, including *three* loops (1604, 410, and the 35-37-10 ring around downtown).

If you get to that last one-lane turnoff, you have not been paying attention.

But it is only one lane (I was referring to eastbound, but westbound is similar)

As you go from I 20 to I 75/85 in downtown Atlanta, you'll go down to one lane, in addition to numerous nearby surface street exits that always creates a cluster f. In addition to the the bums that live there that will walk up to the cars waiting in traffic

Oh yeah, forgot about that part.

Yeah San Antonio has the worst merge lanes ever.

In fact they don’t have any at all...
