Damn it. If it's written via voice recognition there has to be a shortcut key.

I just asked ChatGPT.

Going to test it here.

How did you get that superscript to appear in your message? I really need that. I'd rather not post ft^2 and use your superscript.

You need the premium membership to post ft.² or yd.³.

They can afford to build a 7000 sqft home and look for an architect on Facebook?

There’s nothing illegal about calling oneself an architectural designer.

Wrong. State law [La. R.S. 37:145(A)] prohibits using any derivative of the term "architect" (i.e. architectural) in a person's title unless that person is licensed as an architect. The guy calling himself an "architectural designer" is illegal.

Licensing laws are just gatekeeping nonsense.

If this guy has turkey designed many homes in the past, how good are they? Are they structurally sound? That's all that matters.

Most of the people that do house plans are not architects in my experience… even the ones that work for architectural firms. The architect puts their stamp (if required) on the plans, but the dudes doing the work… not architects.

I hired a real architect out of Austin to draw plans for a Hurricane replacement. house. His program just could not spell correctly. Drawing comments were not recorded, dimensions did not add up. The stamp did nothing........I did also hire a civil engineer to validate foundation and windstorm requirements.
