I am looking for someone to design/draw a detached shop. It's in a neighborhood with an HOA so I have some restrictions on what I can do. Does anyone have any recommendations?

There is an existing slab. Wood framed. Yes for Electricity, No for Water and Sewer.

She hasn't worked at an architectural firm for about 6 years. We've got her trained really well to think more like an engineer.
