I just came from uptown and had to avoid 4-5 manhole covers as they were blown out, crazy shite

Problem like BR.
They wasted money and over the years the drainage systems, manhole covers, and ditches got plugged up from lack of maintenance.

Now they blame it on climate change, statues, flags, or everything else instead of the real problem. The lack of maintenance of these items has be neglected for years.

Karma is coming back to bite the government in the rear end.
