North Baton Rouge starting the weekend early ... after many are just getting off of work ...
Scottie Hunter (WAFB) reporting live on Facebook.
Two people have been shot, shooter is no longer on the scene.
Updates on the local news media websites are sure to come.

The one thing that baffles me about demographers is the way they say crime is cyclical, but when there's an unexpected uptick, they try to conjure these preposterous theories as to why there's an uptick. Makes no sense to me if they deem it to be cyclical.
