I am not seeing where they are discussing widening I10. Have they said how many more lanes will be added if any?

I’m guessing the black caucus leveraged the situation, got what they wanted, and backed off. Conservatives are confused and don’t know what to say. Meanwhile JBE is focusing on life after governor.
