They extract numerous eggs from a woman and fertilize her eggs to get pregnant. The woman then pays $400 each year to have eggs frozen in case she decided to get pregnant again. She also can decide to donate the eggs if she no longer wants to use them or they will destroy/dispose of them.

I imagine they go through some screening process or do a physical to decide if eligible to donate, too.
Think my cousin did something like that a while back with her extra eggs after they used the service to get pregnant.
