Considering all the manpower and money wasted by blocking this major highway, they probably would have been better off shooting this dog.

I don't know if it has been returned as last I saw they don't know where they came from.. and it's two dogs.

Yeah kudos to all those folks for being patient and kind enough to try to help the dog and not run it over.
