plants where people actually do "work" yes they do, sometimes you are forced to do some pretty nasty shite at work that would ruin your car interior if you dont have a shower and change of clothes but on a general basis its rarely used.
for suit and tie office buildings i dont see the point unless you are homeless or need to wash your secretary off you before going home

Some people commute by bike to work. So a shower is a great to have if you get pretty sweaty on your commute
