A pack of three times with a rotation and three more times will evenly distribute the tobacco without affecting burn time. It will make the draw smoother.

Im one of the 3 homeless people thats under there. We have a fully furnished 13325 sq. Ft complex that includes free plumbing, electricity, gymnasium and every amenity that you could think of courtesy of the generous people of seigen exit ramp.
