We used one for a while, but it dried the air out too much.

Yes. Great noise makers for sleeping.

What are you using. I cant seem to find a good non bias break down of different units.

I do and the A/C dries the air out quite a bit already. The air purifier was too much for us. FWIW I don’t handle dry air very well anywhere. It dries out my gills.

We’ve used one in my sons room since he was a toddler because of his allergies. If you are using one for allergies, just make sure it has a HEPA filter that is replaceable.

Why don't you quit talking like a 'Valley Girl' or ghetto idiot? Use a couple of pounds of gift cards and get an English usage guide. I thought you were an adult.

Do you want to talk about the rough morning you’ve had?

It has been a great morning. Why would you ask such a funny question? I mean, like, do you really even care?

I was given one as a gift this year for Christmas.
I have only used it two nights so far and I typically sleep well as it is so I can't gauge well what if any difference it makes, but my lady who has allergies and very mild asthma claims it made a difference. ( I woke up and can breathe out of both nostrils)
For what it's worth the room I am in produces way more dust than it should and typically I get very hot when sleeping. I've been pretty comfortable the last two nights that I've used it.

Yep, we use one in the master bedroom. Wife, no pics, has terrible allergies and it has helped her tremendously.

An allergy MD's nurse told us that the best, highest volume air purifier you can get is a decent quality box fan, with the highest-quality 3M allergy AC filter attached with tape or Velcro to the back.
The thing moves a ton of air and the relatively cheap, high quality 3M allergy filter collects an appalling amount of dust and dander from the air in a bedroom.
You typically have to trim the 3M filter with scissors to fit.

Therapure is a fantastic brand! It will last you years.
If you are able to grab the "Therapure Air Purifier TPP201M" model, you won't regret it.
