Does anyone have any experience with Secure Home Warranty?

They seem to have better reviews than AHS and HWA. Have any of you had any experiences with them, good or bad?

I have had two or three different home warranty companies over the years and I can tell you that making a claim is easier said than done. They will fight you tooth and nail along with making it as time consuming and painful as possible before they will do anything major.
Just be aware of that going in.

I have read that about many, but the reviews for these guys are pretty favorable. Of course I trust the random strangers on the OT a lot more than I trust other random strangers

Read the contract carefully - you will still pay a minimum service charge, and a lot of stuff isn't covered at all.

Home warranties are a scam. You will pay a service fee each time someone comes out, and they will do the bare minimum repair. You are better off taking the $500 credit on your settlement statement.

They don't have local management- Ahs is on its third manager in less than 1 year

I have yet to talk with ANYONE, and I do handyman shite for a living, that has not had trouble with all of them. They all work off of the same $ theories and %...
