Is that Michael Ruppert? He was pretty loony but a good communicator and had some interesting ideas.

Yeah, Ruppert. That was about his book, Crossing the Rubicon. He was my favorite tin guy. He usually had a good BS detector, but was obviously somewhat paranoid/unhinged. Killed himself a few years ago.

I don't believe there is an actual plan.
What I do believe is most people who get elected to anything take about 6 months to conclude they know so much more than the peasants because they are on the "inside".
Therefore while there isn't an overall plan every solution proposed by the elites involves more govt control of whatever is being discussed because they "know better" than we do.
People like feeling like "insiders".

Really crazy thing about him was that even before he got into all the peak oil stuff he was a detective in the LAPD and he allegedly uncovered the CIA selling drugs to finance contra wars and other covert ops. It's tin foily but I personally believe it. They were flying the cocaine into Mena while Clinton was governor or Arkansas as well. Here is some wild footage of him at an LA city forum with a congressman and the head of the CIA in 1996 and the roof is about to come off the place. Really shows how much of a powder keg Inner city LA was in the 90s LINK

That's good stuff. You know damn well the Clintons knew all about Mena. I know it's almost a cliche at this point to talk about how Clintons and Bushes are puppets of the globalists or whatever, but stuff like that shows the Clintons are probably just neocon-lite.

People always seem to forget the most crucial aspect of anything like this.

This.. This is what I was getting at when I asked how will you ever get every nation or group in the world to agree to compromise in order to have "globalization". There will always be another side of things.

It will never happen how the alt right has been selling it but fear sells so it's effective.
Even people that agree and want the same thing fight and bicker and try to undermine or flat out halt progress on things. We've all experienced it at work or in our personal life's. Now imagine trying to make something like this happen between the most powerful people in the world
