Lemme guess, you are actually just mad that the doctor wouldn't give you pain pills because you told him about your sore throat?
And by the way, the doctor was a SHE, you sexist.

as SOON as your throat gets the slightest bit sore, do the following:
1. saltwater gargling several times a day
2. Emergen-C supplement 2 times a day
I have major sinus/throat issues and this is one of the only home remedies that can prevent having to take antibiotics. If it isn't better in 48 hours, go to your doctor, but always try this first.

I do it, it works well for sore throat. Just because he went to med school he should not recommend a simple solution? Would you rather him prescribe you a solution mix from a pharmacy that is basically the same thing?

I bet you saw a NP, not an actual doctor. Therefore your statement about med school is false

my as well pour a little peroxide in the mixture to help whiten your teeth as you gargle.

just tried it and my throat still hurts.
Apparently you do now, bitch.
Additionally, the trained medical professional telling you to do it had you skeptical, but three oter's posting that it works is what pushed you over the edge?

Good grief. Such anger in your heart. You ok?

Your old lady does. But it isn't water. And I'm not a doctor.
