Or he wanted a $100k fight on a $5k budget.

Sorry bro, but I’m not devoting a month of my practice where little else gets done and i am unable to take in other fees, unless you can pay me to do it. It is a harsh truth, but a truth nonetheless.

I had a former employee, who had an episode on the Innocence Files on Netflix, who spent 12 years in prison and 8 of those were on death row for a murder he didn't commit.

Does that count?

I’m convinced that there are guys in death row and who have been executed who were guilty of nothing more than having a clumsy wife who fell and hit her head.

It happens much more than people realize. We're taught by the tv that the Justice system is swift and all knowing. That we're innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. All that crap goes out the window in reality. You have people sitting on juries thinking they are getting the truth from the govt in regards to the case. They've seen every law and order episode and know that the cops and D.A. would never lie. They're wrong 100%

Our Justice system is broken. My oldest son goes off to college next year and I've tried to get him prepared to protect himself. But kids are stupid and don't want to listen to their dumb parents. My advice is to try to record everything or never be alone. Everyone has their phone on them 24/7, so if you meet someone you don't know then record some videos showing their 'affection'. I don't necessarily mean sex tapes, but that wouldn't hurt either as long as you are just keeping them as evidence. You can never be too careful.

Same with your trainer friend. Either tape her up in a place with cameras OR in front of everyone else. NOBODY gets private treatments. It's just too risky now. People are getting worse about ruining people's lives with no remorse also.

And this is the biggest problem. That girl should be rotting in prison. A false accusation can easily ruin a man's life, especially someone without the resources to hire a good attorney. Women know this and they use it to their advantage because they know they'll be coddled by feminists and the politically correct crowd in the prosecutor's office. I have seen dozens of false rape accusations throughout the years, in both criminal courts and family courts, just in this little corner of South Carolina. Only in a few instances was someone charged with filing a false report or contempt.

I need to go back and find it, but there was a study done in a small town in Nebraska? Perhaps back in the 60s?

They followed up on every allegation, a huge proportion were false. I’d like to say half.

The motives were everything from anger, to revenge, jealousy, and even embarrassment.
