Could be Bursitis

Symptoms include pain, swelling, and stiffness. Common areas include the knees, shoulders, elbows, and hips.

I had this, Dr gave me a shot in the knee three years ago and have had no problems since.

What a bunch of figs in this thread. The dude said everything is fine with using of his knee/leg other than just a sensitive and crispy part on knee cap. I bet you figs would recommend going to the Dr for a cut to get a band-aid too.

Your knee is probably bruised as frick and just give it some time. Maybe if you broke a bone or need surgery, go to the dr, otherwise they are a scam.
