I specifically make the joke that I'm not shaking the hand of anyone who's there with a cough, rash, or diarrhea.

Female. Now that you mention it all my doctors give hugs. Except for GP who I only go to for a checkup or the once a year I get sick enough. He always fistbumps when sick.
