Not sure how it would perform attendance and interest wise. I’m here in Europe and nobody around me even knew it was going on. The only mention I caught was on the radio and they were talking about Taylor Swift, not the game.

Idk if it’s not seeing it as much as resistance to the idea for reasons of “muhhhh the league is national, not international” and being traditionalists that fear change or risk taking.
Personally, I’ve watched other events held in the UK when it’s early afternoon here and LOVE it. Crowds are always lively and the event ends when there’s still basically all night to go do other things. It’s a nice change or pace and UK crowds for major events are so fun.
