It’s American style bread. The rest of world doesn’t load food products up with sugar and sodium like Americans do. It’s largely the reason we have a problem with obesity and diabetes. Everything we eat, short of buying all fresh meat/produce and staples and making it from scratch, is loaded with sugar and sodium. Anything canned, pre made, or from a restaurant.
