Not necessarily. I'm suggesting your sensitivity to empathy can and will be ignored as your basic survival instincts take over. I think we all have the ability to empathetic, but how much we actually experience depends on how much our basic needs are being met.

No I don't, humans aren't born with instinct like animals, other than breathing and sleeping. Everything a human does is a learned behavior. You aren't born afraid of snakes or spiders you learn to be.
You learn the differences between right and wrong by the way you were raised and the people you associate with. Now do I think there are some people with chemical imbalances that make them more prone to lowered inhibitions yes, but you aren't born knowing what is right and wrong.

"Right and Wrong" can be subjective based on the society/culture you live in.
So I would think it impossible for people to be born with the discernment for it.

No, you can have genetic tendencies toward sociopathy but we are mainly a product of our upbringing.
This is most certainly true and supported by neuroscience and psychology data and research.

On the flipside of that, you can be raised in a pretty "normal" household in a good environment but still develop psychopathy later in life that would influence how you interpret right or wrong (i.e. schizophrenia).
I tend to go with it's a combination of nature and nurture. And there's limitations to both depending on what kind of physical and environmental issues we're dealing with.
