No, why should I?
As long as they're talented, I don't really care.
To be honest though, I doubt anyone of a different culture would truly fit in. We have one Latina woman who does our A/P and bookkeeping, but other than that, were a bunch of Saltine Republican crackers

Of thought: absolutely. I think that is key to have widespread expertise and backgrounds where people will think of things that would never cross your mind so that you can be a better team.
Of ethnicity, sex, religion, sexual orientation, national origin: I don't give a single shite. Just because you're a woman or Hispanic or gay shows me nothing on what you bring to the table. If it weren't for the bullshite that is affirmative action, then it would never cross my mind.
Unfortunately the Left is all for the later and none of the former, and that's why they lost the election and continue to lose.
