At my house of course. In public prob never.

But I rarely drop food so this dilemma doesn’t present itself often.

I clean it up if I'm not at home because to do otherwise makes a place look like the neutral ground after a parade.

If I'm at home and drop food on the floor - no, I do not pick it up. Anything that falls on the floor at the house belongs to the dog. (You'll lose a finger trying to pick it up!)

Depends.

If it’s a giant chunk, yes. If it’s like 20 peas or grains of rice, frick no.
