I hate the audio versions on 8 track because it always skips tracks at an important moment!

I use Audible and it’s definitely not a rip off. That being said, I won’t buy anything for more than 1 credit and all the books I listen to are generally 35 - 50 hrs, so I get my money’s worth.
This audible is very convenient. I listen to audiobooks almost everyday while driving to work.

I normally listen to history and non fiction. I decided to give "Ready Player One" a try and it's awesome. If you were raised in the 80's you'll really like it.

Listen to audio books quite often. I mainly enjoy when someone is reading their own autobiography as it is basically listening to someone talk about their life. Carrie Fisher did a tremendous job with her last book.

Pay attention, you just might be listening to the sonorous stylings of Edmund Kemper, who's narrated over 5,000 hours worth.
