No, I have a pet. My landlord incurs extra costs on the maintenance of the apartments overall because we are allowed to have pets. I pay the extra money to compensate my landlord for the costs involved with allowing us to have pets.
It's totally worth it because my pet loves giving high fives for treats and isn't a shitbag trying to figure out a way to work the system to get treats for free.
