No, but they haven't completed the express bus lane from the ghetto to the heart of campus yet either

North of campus has been ghetto for decades. South and East of campus is some of the most expensive real estate in the city. West is the river.

Yep, I lived on E. State in the 80's. Bikes were stolen often and you better keep your cars locked. But we survived.

If by dangerous you mean dangerous for young men and the amount of soroatitues walking around then yes. Freaking traps everywhere trying to get you

It’s dangerous if you’re a dumbass that doesn’t understand bad things happen almost entirely of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Example: drunk in the Tigerland parking lot at 2 a.m. Out by yourself on campus or near campus after 10 p.m. If you are smart about where you are and who you’re with it’s not dangerous.
