Depends on what you mean by "miracle."
There's a scientific explanation for the light, colors, and hues involved with the sun rising over the horizon.
But that doesn't make a sunrise any less beautiful, does it?

No.
Are there times when things happen for which we do not yet have an explanation, or for which no obvious explanation presents itself? Sure.
The problem is that gap is often used by believers in miracles to ascribe intervention where there is no evidence of any. Suddenly defining them as "miracles" which have a VERY specific definition is exactly the opposite of not having an explanation. As soon as it can be proven that the laws of nature were altered by some outside force and that alternation can be laid at the feet of whichever being the the person claiming the miracle happens to be a fan of, then I'll certainly listen.
Until then, when someone claims an unexplained thing is a "miracle" I tune it out with the same quickness I tune out people who claim an unexplained light in the sky MUST be an alien spacecraft. I'm completely open to evidence of both, but have no time to take at face value the evidence free claims of either.

People resort to calling things miracles when it's too far beyond their beliefs or understanding. Mostly poor Christians. Laziness and ignorance I call it. Everything is caused by something. Put more effort into understanding.
