100 Club here in Htown. Works pretty much everytime.

Saved my brother from a weed arrest before it was just a misdemeanor.

You'll do better contributing to your local DA's campaign fund. He can make those tickets disappear in his jurisdiction, and in others as well with a few phone calls.

Try the stick and carrot approach.

Let him know very politely but firmly that since your taxes pay his salary, he works for you.

If that doesn't work, calmly ask him if he checked the calibration on his radar gun as you hand over your license and a ten dollar bill.

Hell no. I had a Louisiana State Police Supporter sticker on my car for years and I still got a DWI every time I turned around. What a waste of $25.
