Lol. See this makes him fun. Stupid people trying to defend the ridiculous stuff he says.

You said that Trump stated the fires were caused by the regulations and water enforcement. Which is incorrect.

He said the fires are being magnified by regulations that have prevented tree clearing, controlled burns, etc.

But I’m the idiot.

Every time I hear a Democrat say Trump is stupid I remind myself that they supported Hillary.

On the topic, I’m in real estate part time. It pairs very well with my lawn care and house cleaning businesses

After high school there are people who have no skills whatsoever and for them they pump up this alternate reality that makes them feel better about their situation. So they become realtors or pyramid scheme salesmen, often both, and talk a lot about “working hard” and “making your dream come true”. Say they kill it and make $100k in real estate. Guess what, they never paid taxes on that and didn’t save it either. So when April rolls around they are fricked trying to do odd jobs to pay the tax bill.

My sister and her husband are both realtors and teachers. They live like kings through the year and then in the Spring they get fricked with a huge tax bill that they can’t afford. His parents had to pay it their first time. Then he started selling some weight loss crap to make extra cash. There is no retirement plan. Just a dream of making money but no realistic way to manage it.

The worst part is most of them lack the basic english language knowledge and grammatical skills. I swear i see crap all the time like

"Anyone looking to buy or sale a home"

"this is a beautiful home for sell"

and the home descriptions are even worse. This is a real example

"this house is beautiful, yet gorgeous"

idiots

Real estate can be super advance, try buying a retail center with multiple end lease dates and escalations and 5 year financing with the 10 year treasury, with the internal rate of return, with the deprecation, ect, ect.

I cringe when I see this stuff. I edited the listing for my last house and had the Realtor go back and change the listing. It was like it was written by an eighth grader and she was a successful realtor with years on the job.
