They should. Just demonstrate how the standard by which they were punished was never really applied before and still isn't for anything else.
They got doctors prescribing puberty blockers to young boys, even though there's no peer reviewed studies that shows that it is safe, much less reversible.

But they won't. Even doctors that appear independent, are usually allied with a major health system like Memorial-Hermann, BCBS, etc., which have standards of care which describe what conditions and remedies doctors are supposed to use for certain conditions.
For instance, my old doctor treated me for DVT and PE. I asked for a med exemption for Rona jabs due to increased risk of clots, but she denied me because Memorial Hermann insisted that unless the FDA recognized the risk, she wasn't allowed to do it. Congrats, I haven't gotten blood pressure meds in more than two years, we'll see how you assholes like the 6 figure bill that will be written off when I die from high blood pressure complications in two years.
