had an SAP implementation team at a foreign new company startup in the Middle East. the SAP reps were used to counting finite items and were thrown out of kilter by pipeline pounds and were very disruptive to the organization . When disagreements were escalated, SAP representative claimed that we could always use the legacy information system till new system start-up. ??Had to inform him that as a new company start-up there was no legacy system..
Couple weeks later the rep is in my office threatening to sue in a US court on the basis that he was embarrassed by not knowing this was a new company.
A week later security inspecting his car coming into work, found a stack of Playboy magazines, which earned him a trip to the airport with an exit only visa. So sad...........
