Understatement of the day. I wish I had a nickel for every "Is this trashy?" thread. Surprise we've gone this far without some one complaining about truck nuts.

The best is the dudes that drive a mustang and rev their engine before they take off. It's almost cute

What?

I won't be driving the car on the OT. The OT won't be riding in the car going to lunches or events. Coworkers/clients will be.

Yep, which is why it is time for a new one

And it'll likely be a mustang. I'm shooting for a classic.

But to deny there is a sigma attached to the car is silly. It exists.

You haven't lived until you go to Walmart on a Saturday morning sporting a pink pair of fluffy eared slippers , cargos , and a tank top ....

Free your soul my man , you will feel much better about yourself ...

they will love it until they are stuck onside the road with it broken down.

honest question, do you really care that much about what a coworker thinks about you and the car you drive?

if you are really driving a 10 year old g35, you arent some top exec at a fortune 500 company. i think your wife driving a new mustang will be just fine for your world.

your classic car idea is terrible

Why's that sad?

I care about my job and what clients think of me.

Wow , it amazes me that so many of you posters care so much about what other people think of you .... if your wife is reading this thread I want her to know I feel bad for her having married a follower .,.,

This is the correct answer. Instead of posting that Camaros are trashy, get a freakin life.....BTW I don't own a Camaro, I just chuckle that you would think anyone cares.

classic car idea

I've been debating on finding me a junked out 69 Mustang and completely restoring it. My wife's cousin recently did this on a 68 Road Runner. When he dragged it out of the junk yard, it was nothing but a rusted out shell. Two years and about $30,000 later, he's got an award winning show room muscle car. His looks almost exactly like this one....
