The Real Animal House video which was a 10-15 minute awesome video of DKE life in the early 80’s has been removed/disabled on YouTube. If anyone could repost, please do. This is a missing national treasure.
I believe this is it. . I was thinking of this video while reading this thread. Two of my best friends appear at 06:05 (David) and 07:19 (Ricky). That generation of Dekes would never condone drug use or the level of hazing discussed here. Pot was for dirty hippies and sleep deprivation was the worst part of initiation.

That’s a good point if true but I haven’t read of any being charged just on that basis.
It is true.
Charles Brakenridge, Alex Rozas and Garrett Sanders were charged with being officers of the fraternity

Theyre just snobby wannabe “old money” Natchez people.
The son was the king of the Natchez pilgrimage ball bs and the ginger troll daughter was queen the next year.
The parents obviously have their noses pretty far up somebody’s arse.
Also, they aren’t even from Natchez..
They live on Concordia in Ferriday, they just like to play pretend that they’re from “the big city”

Edit: if you don’t believe me, take a look at the top of page 12 for a look at the daughter.
Who wears heels, whatever kind of pants those are and a woman’s blazer to pick their little brother up from jail? Always have to look the part

The Real Animal House
I appreciate you locating and it is the one but unfortunately it has been disabled. If anyone else can locate and repost that would be great. This transcended DKE and captured that period of time so well it needs to be found and re-posted. Thanks!

frick you, kid.
If you even go to MSU, y’all aren’t even worth DKE giving y’all a charter, so there isn’t a DKE chapter there. So you’re basing your personal views off of what?

Bigger than Ferriday or Vidalia.
Natchez is a nice town. Fun to visit. Good food.

Lol, you don’t understand the fun that comes with being a Friar.
1. I graduated a semester early while most of my pledgeclass graduated a few semesters late, so I was hanging out with my pledgeclass.
2. Free beer and liquor on gameday ? I see no problem here
3. Took my first job in BR, so it’s not like I was traveling back just to hangout with my fraternity brothers
4. The fun never ends , some here will understand that, most wont
