What would happen if someone hid assets, railroaded the divorce. Once the divorce is done can one go back and have everything reviewed or is it a done deal.
Nope it's not a done deal. Can appeal the divorce very easily if you have the evidence. This happens often.
PS Dont rape anyone.

Nope. Judges and Courts are totally cool with people lying under oath and committing Obstruction.
This too. It's also a criminal issue. Not likely to go to jail but it's definitely a crime just like lying about assets in bankruptcy(albeit that's Federal asspounding shite).

A family member got a small settlement and a small alimony for 3 years, but as soon as they were divorced the ex husband just all the sudden is balling out of control, so it was obvious he either misled what his assets were or he lied about them. He told her she didn't want to take on all his debt, but the reality was he cash flowing on everything.
Or there was no one spending his money anymore.
If there was a big disparity in income:
A single guy making $200k >> a married couple making $250k

How the hell did he pull this off? Did his wife not know where he works and how much he makes?

It's about the only reason that there is no time table on reopening the marital estate. Courts don't frick with people who defraud them.

He own's a bunch of commercial real estate, so he'd have a ton a debt but was still cash flowing, he put it off like if we split then your on the hook for $10 million but the reality was it's cash flowing out the arse. She still doesn't know what all he owns.
