Directv was great until ATT bought them. I had them for 15 years and never had a complaint but cancelled a few months ago due to overbilling every month. Thanks ATT for ruining a good company.

No they called the first time, and it went on the next billing cylce. I think they canceled beginning of June, already had the July bill, got reimbursed August. Something like that.

I just don't believe you are being "overcharged" for anything. Your contract states what you will be charged each month for 2 years.

I can 100% agree. Been with Directv since 2005, but have had more problems in the last month.

When you call make sure you're talking to a directv person and not the att person. You might say "aren't they the same people?? No, there is a huge difference in customer support, too. DTV = better customer service.
