We have weekly video conferencing.....I simply call in every other week. Also, when we are on the screen, several us go about our business while participating.

True story: Several years ago a guy at my company got fired for jerking off during a Webex meeting. Apparently Webex at the time didn’t make it obvious the camera was on & the guy thought it was audio only. He sued the company and won.
